Our Rules were created to make Your stay at La Gioconda Boutique Hotel comfortable as much as possible. Please kindly familiarize with our basic rules.
Given Rules and terms of accommodation at La Gioconda Boutique Hotel have been developed on the basis of the Laws of Ukraine «About Tourism», «Rules of Hotel Accommodation and similar Means of Accommodation and Hotel Services Provision», as well as other normative legal acts and regulate relations in the sphere of hotel and additional services provision.
The Hotel shall be entitled to conclude the contract for hotel services provision with the Guest by means of compiling a document signed in a two-sided sequence or by means of acceptance by the Hotel of a rooms reservation request with the help of postal, fax, electronic or telephone communication service, as well as via Internet from the Hotel website or websites-partners of the Hotel. The Hotel shall be entitled to independently fix and change the cost of accommodation and additional services. The Hotel shall be entitled to change given Rules and terms.
Certificate of Identity during Check-In
Guest accommodation at the Hotel shall be carried out after provision of the passport or other document replacing it to a reception and accommodation service employee. The identity card must provide all guests staying in the room. The Hotel shall not reimburse expenses, suffered by the Guest due to invalid travel documents.
Check-in – 14.00 LT
Check-out – 12.00 LT
In case of early Check-in till 06.00 AM an additional payment at the rate of 100% room value per night is being charged.
In case of Check-in during the period from 06.00 AM till 12.00 AM an additional payment at the rate of 50% room value per night is being charged.
In case of late Check-out after 18.00 PM an additional payment at the rate of 100% room value per night is being charged.
Please pay your kind attention to the fact that early Check-in and late Check-out can be provided only subject to free rooms availability.
Payment for accommodation is effected in cash, non-cash payments or by credit cards of following types: American Express, MasterCard, Visa.
All rates are provided in the national currency of Ukraine – Hryvnias – per room, per night. Room rate includes: breakfast, parking , Wi-Fi, tourist tax -1 % according to the Tax Code of Ukraine 269-VI dated 04.01.11.
The Hotel can make pre-authorisation of the amount equal to the first night stay before arrival. In case of absence of a credit card, the Hotel shall be entitled to ask the Guest to pay accommodation expenses or leave deposit in an amount equal to his/her accommodation cost before his/her departure from the Hotel.
Please kindly familiarize with Rules and terms for every rate while choosing the room category. The cancellation period and penalty amount for a delayed reservation cancellation or NO SHOW depends on the rate You choose.
Children and Extra beds
Children under 12 are accommodated in a room with parents free of charge. Breakfast for children under 12 is provided free of charge. Payment for provision of additional services for children under 12 is charged. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during their stay at the Hotel.
Cost for an additional bed is 1200 Hryvnias.
With the exception of guide dogs for disabled people, our hotel does not accept pets .
For the comfort of our Guests, La Gioconda Boutique Hotel is designated as NON-SMOKING and the Hotel appreciates the co-operation of its Guests. The Hotel shall be entitled to impose a penalty on a Guest in the amount of 150 Euros (the payment is accepted in the national currency of Ukraine according to the rate of the National Bank of Ukraine, effective on a day of payment) for smoking in rooms and premises of the Hotel. The given penalty shall cover additional expenses of the Hotel for payment of a custom cleaning, dirt removal, repair or replacement of property.
Visit times of a swimming pool is from 8.00 AM till 22.00 PM.
It is not allowed to use the swimming pool to Guests, having medical contraindications or any illness signs, as well as to Guests under alcohol, drug or toxic influence.
The Hotel is not liable for the Guest’s health damage or accident occurrence during swimming pool use.
A parking place at the guarded car park is provided free of charge. The Hotel is not liable for damage suffered by a Guest’s car by other cars present at the car park and at the Hotel area.
The Guest is forbidden to keep highly inflammable items in a room, to bring materials and items dangerous to life and health of people to the Hotel territory, to use a room for unlawful purposes.
The Hotel is not liable for shortage, damage or loss of moneys, currency values, securities, jewellery and other valuables of the Guest not placed into a safe provided to the Guest.
Having found lost property of the Guest, the Hotel immediately informs the owner about it, if he/she is known. Lost property is being kept at the Hotel during six months. On the expiry of the given period and non-disclosure of the lost property owner, the Hotel is entitled to utilize the property, having made up a relevant Act.
The Guest is bound to take care of the Hotel property. In case of loss or damage of the property, the Guest shall reimburse the damage according to the Price List for loss or damage of the Hotel property. The Guest is also liable for all actions of his/her visitors at the Hotel territory and for the damage incurred to the Hotel property by members of his/her family and visitors. The Hotel is entitled to write the amount equal to the damage incurred to the Hotel property off the Guest’s credit card and after the Guest’s departure from the Hotel.
The Hotel complies with confidentiality rules. The Hotel may request personal data of the Guest, such as: Guest’s name and contact information, date of birth, credit card details, arrival and departure dates, Guest’s preferences during accommodation at the Hotel. Personal data of the Guest can be used with the purpose of rooms reservation. Guest’s personal data can also be used for improvement of the Hotel service quality and marketing research. The information can be presented to third parties in exceptional cases, stipulated by applicable legislation of Ukraine only by the Guest’s consent.
